Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Surveyor from an electrical bias background to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Operations department to maintain cost-effective pricing strategies to ensure profitable project delivery.

This role involves working closely with the sales and operations teams while also overseeing the securing of subcontractors at agreed-upon rates, you’ll be a fit person so you can walk door to door selling LV upgrades from the DNO to customers through our framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for own workload to meet pre-defined targets
• Speaking with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking pictures and filling out data from customers
• A trade in a related field, such as Engineering, Electrician, meter reader, meter installer
• Surveying requirements
• Ability to identify and describe electrical and civil works required for electrical upgrade works to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure agreements

Desirable Criteria

• Familiarity with LV electrical and civil works, or utility works to domestic properties
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards relevant to projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and cost fluctuations.
